GenTv — Refund Policy

Effective date: May 31, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for the GenTv streaming service, operated by Generation G Inc. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.

1. Setup fee

The one-time $75 setup fee covers the work of provisioning your account. It is fully refundable if you cancel before your account has been activated. Once your account has been activated, the setup fee is non-refundable.

2. Monthly subscription

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges; your access continues through the end of the current paid month. Partial months are not refundable.

3. Free trial

GenTv does not offer a free trial. There is no long-term contract — you are billed month to month and can cancel anytime.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@gentvglobal.com from the address on your account, with your name and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take several days to appear, depending on your bank.

5. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • The service was used during the period in question;
  • The account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing or reselling access);
  • The issue is caused by your own equipment, internet connection, or factors outside our control.

6. Service interruptions

GenTv relies on third-party streaming infrastructure. Brief outages do not automatically qualify for a refund. For a significant, prolonged outage on our side, contact support and we will review credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we'd like the chance to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date and apply to purchases made after that date.
