GenTv — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GenTv streaming service and the website at gentvglobal.com (the "Service"), operated by Generation G Inc. ("GenTv," "we," "us," or "our"), 6046 FM2920 #511, Spring, TX 77379. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GenTv provides a live-TV and on-demand streaming subscription for personal household use in the United States. We currently offer two plans — Family TV and On The Go — described on our website. Channel and content lineups are provided through third-party infrastructure and may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, program, or feature.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to subscribe. The Service is intended for customers located in the United States.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the credentials we issue you and for all activity under your account. Keep your login confidential. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only on the number of devices permitted by your plan (up to 4 for Family TV, up to 2 for On The Go).

4. Fees, billing, and renewal

  • Setup fee. A one-time $75 setup fee applies to new accounts.
  • Subscription. Plans are billed monthly in advance ($50/month for Family TV, $25/month for On The Go) and automatically renew each month until you cancel.
  • Payment processing. Payments are processed by our third-party processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
  • Price changes. We may change prices or plan features with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
  • Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Activation

After your payment is received, your account is activated by our team, typically within 24 hours. Activation timing may vary.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the Manage Billing / Customer Portal link on our website, or by contacting support@gentvglobal.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial household viewing. You may not: resell, redistribute, rebroadcast, or publicly perform the Service or its content; share access beyond your plan's device limits; circumvent security or access controls; or use the Service in violation of any law. Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Intellectual property

"GenTv," our logo, and our website content are the property of Generation G Inc. All programming and content delivered through the Service remains the property of its respective owners.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including our payment processor and streaming infrastructure providers). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or outages of third parties.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENERATION G INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Generation G Inc. from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unlawful use. You may stop using the Service at any time per Section 6.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date and, where required, communicated to you.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
